5 % service fee
A service fee of 5 % (plus VAT) is added to the order value. We show it before you accept any offer — order value, service fee and VAT shown separately, with the total.
Pay on delivery
You pay securely through the platform. The amount is held in escrow and only released to the provider once the work is delivered.
How the service fee is calculated
The service fee is 5 % of the order value plus statutory VAT on the fee. It is paid by the buyer only — the provider always keeps 100 % of the agreed price. You see every amount itemised before you accept an offer.

The fee funds the things that make an order safe for both sides — while keeping sirwis commission-free for providers:
