This is a courtesy English translation. The legally binding version is the German one (AGB).

1. Scope & operator

These terms govern the use of the sirwis platform (sirwis.com), operated by Tim-Luca Bäumer, Auf dem Sauren 13, 57258 Freudenberg, Germany. They apply to all users — those seeking services ("customers") and those offering services ("providers"). By registering or using the platform you accept these terms.

2. Role of sirwis (intermediary only)

sirwis is an intermediary platform. We connect customers and providers but are not a party to the service contracts concluded between them. The service contract is formed directly between customer and provider. We do not provide the services ourselves and give no warranty as to their conclusion, content, quality, timeliness or legality.

3. Registration & account

• Registration is open to individuals aged 18+ and to businesses.
• You provide truthful, complete information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Generally one account per person.

4. Matchmaking & contract formation

Customers post a request; providers may submit non-binding offers. When a customer accepts an offer, the service contract forms directly between customer and provider. Terms, price, scope and execution are agreed between them. sirwis only provides the technical platform and communication tools.

5. Costs

Use of the platform is currently free and non-binding for customers, and currently free for providers. Should fees or commissions be introduced in future, we will notify you in advance; they apply only to subsequent transactions and only with the affected users' consent.

6. User obligations

• No unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content.
• No circumvention to harm third parties; respectful communication.
• Providers confirm they hold the qualifications, permits and insurance required for their services.
• Content must not infringe third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, personality rights).

7. Reviews

Customers may review completed matches. Reviews must be truthful and factual. We may remove inadmissible (e.g. false, abusive, paid) reviews.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. We assume no liability for the contracts concluded between customers and providers or for the services rendered. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults or further development may cause temporary limitations.

11. Term & termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms where necessary to reflect legal or technical developments and will notify you of material changes in advance.

13. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective. Contact: info@sirwis.com.
